- Official hotels to QSNCC: October 11–18. Service is scheduled from 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on October 11 and 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. October 12–18.
- MRT access: QSNCC connects directly to the MRT Blue Line through Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre Station.
- Private vehicles, taxis, and ride-hailing: pickup and drop-off areas are outside the Meetings campus security perimeter.
For participants whose schedules match the official hotel network and conference program, these services can work well. Participants should present their Annual Meetings badge when boarding; travelers who have not yet collected a badge may present their Registration Confirmation Letter.
