The chauffeur is the face of the company. Chauffeurs are responsible for providing our clients with prompt, clean, courteous, safe, and dependable service; making the ride the best part of the clients day. Our fleet of new sedans and SUVs (and sprinters, mini-buses and full size buses) are your ‘office’ during your shift. No wear and tear on your personal vehicle.


  • Chauffeurs must be age 21 or older
  • Possess a clean driving record (no history of DUI/DWI)
  • Have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and monthly random drug screening
  • Must be flexible and willing to work both AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Good working knowledge of roads and driving routes
  • Work well under pressure and stressful situations

The dispatcher plays a critical role within the company. Dispatchers are responsible for pre-assigning chauffeurs’ morning reservations, confirming scheduled vs. actual start times, communicating correspondence and special instructions, recording any vehicle or service issues, and ensuring chauffeurs feel they have a point of contact for comments, questions, or concerns.


  • The dispatcher must have strong area knowledge
  • Must be flexible with schedule (weekends, days, or evenings may be required)
  • Self-motivated
  • Must possess the ability to work in a paced environment with several external influences
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

The reservation agent aka res agent is the initial point of contact for customers booking reservations, requesting price quotes, and providing feedback, all via a customized phone and web-based system. Additionally, the Res Agent is responsible for cross-selling.

Dav El | BostonCoach is seeking an energetic and committed self-starter to join our Sales team. The successful Regional Sales Manager (RSM) should come from or be familiar with the ground transportation or corporate travel Industry with experience selling to C-level buyers and procurement managers. The ideal candidate is someone with a solid network who can quickly excel at articulating a value proposition to inspire confidence, highlight technology, and service differentiators, and be able to help us grow our managed corporate business. The RSM reports to the Chief Sales Officer.


  • Responsible for an annual New Business Revenue Quota
  • Responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities among Fortune 1000 target companies
  • Develop onboarding plans for new clients in order to maximize revenue
  • Maintain a strong funnel of opportunities that meet our target market for ground transportation services
  • Effectively present to Corporate Travel Managers & procurement via phone, web, and face to face meetings
  • Articulate and demo Dav El | BostonCoach’s technology and service differentiators
  • Have an active role in travel industry functions, travel trade shows and other events for lead development
  • Utilize to update contact information, input information, and track sales activity
  • Work closely with Sales Management and Client Services team when on boarding new accounts
  • Build relationships, trust and rapport for repeat business within assigned territory
  • Build Territory Plan and review plan quarterly with manager
  • Team player who works productively with peers, Manager, Client Services, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Product and HR personnel.


  • Ground Transportation or Corporate Travel Industry experience preferred
  • No less than 4 years of new business quota performance
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales quota goals
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
