Logan Airport could be completely overhauling its dining options. For the first time in more than a decade, the Massachusetts Port Authority is looking to hire a new company to oversee the concessions at its four Logan Airport terminals — a decision that could remake the vast array of retailers and restaurants there for years to come.
“This is really significant because the whole makeup at Logan is going to change,” said Ramon Lo, publisher of trade journal Airport Revenue News.
